الملكية الفكرية

لا يجوز نسخ التطبيق أو تعديله أو استخراج شفرته أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة منه دون إذن. المحتوى التعليمي والعلامات والواجهات تبقى ملكاً لـ Abdulhai Alhashemi أو للمرخّصين المعنيين، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

طبيعة الخدمة

التطبيق أداة تعليمية مساعدة لتعلّم النحو العربي عبر شروحات وألغاز واختبارات. لا يضمن نتائج دراسية أو شهادات أكاديمية. المحتوى قد يُحدَّث أو يُصحَّح من وقت لآخر.

الحساب واستخدامك

أنت مسؤول عن سرية حسابك وعن النشاط الذي يتم من خلاله. يجب استخدام التطبيق بطريقة مشروعة وغير مسيئة. نحتفظ بحق تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو إساءة استخدام الخدمة.

المشتريات والاشتراكات

قد يعرض التطبيق مشتريات داخلية (مثل العملات أو إزالة الإعلانات أو النسخة الذهبية) واشتراكات. تتم المدفوعات عبر متجر Apple أو Google وفق شروط المتجر فقط؛ لا نبيع المزايا الرقمية عبر قنوات دفع خارجية. تُدار الاشتراكات القابلة للتجديد التلقائي وإلغاؤها من إعدادات حساب المتجر. راجع أيضاً النصوص القانونية داخل شاشة المتجر في التطبيق.

الإعلانات

قد يعرض التطبيق إعلانات. قد تتوفر خيارات لإزالة الإعلانات عبر شراء داخل التطبيق حيث يُتاح ذلك.

بياناتك وأمان جهازك

يخزّن التطبيق ويعالج بيانات لازمة لتشغيل الخدمة وفق سياسة الخصوصية. أنت مسؤول عن أمان جهازك. ننصح بعدم كسر حماية الجهاز (jailbreak/root) لأنه قد يعرّض الأمان للخطر ويعطل التطبيق.

الاتصال بالإنترنت

تتطلب بعض الوظائف اتصالاً بالإنترنت (مزامنة المحتوى، الحساب، المشتريات، الإعلانات). لا نتحمل مسؤولية تعطّل الميزات عند انقطاع الاتصال أو نفاد باقة البيانات. أنت مسؤول عن أي رسوم شبكة.

إخلاء المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» و«حسب التوفر». لا نضمن خلوه من الأخطاء أو انقطاع الخدمة. إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية خسائر مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق أو الاعتماد عليه.

التحديثات وإنهاء الخدمة

قد نحدّث التطبيق أو نوقف بعض الميزات أو الخدمة كلياً. عند إنهاء الترخيص، يجب التوقف عن الاستخدام وحذف التطبيق من جهازك.

تعديل الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. تسري التغييرات عند نشرها على هذه الصفحة. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد النشر يعدّ قبولاً للتحديثات حيث يسمح القانون.

Intellectual property

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the app without permission. Educational content, marks, and interfaces remain the property of Abdulhai Alhashemi or relevant licensors.

Nature of the service

The app is an educational aid for Arabic grammar through lessons, puzzles, and quizzes. It does not guarantee academic results or certificates. Content may be updated or corrected over time.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Use the app lawfully and without abuse. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Purchases and subscriptions

The app may offer in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions. Payments for digital features are processed only by Apple or Google under their store terms; we do not sell digital unlocks through external payment channels. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.

Ads

The app may show ads. Remove-ads options may be available via in-app purchase where offered.

Your data and device security

We process data needed to operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Keep your device secure. Jailbreaking/rooting may compromise security and app functionality.

Internet connection

Some features require connectivity. We are not responsible for reduced functionality when offline. You are responsible for carrier charges.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for direct or indirect losses arising from use of the app.

Updates and termination

We may update or discontinue features or the service. Upon termination, stop using and delete the app.

We may update these terms. Changes apply when posted on this page.
